Return Policy |
Caroline’s Angels Pty Ltd will consider claims for:
- Goods that are faulty or defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials
- Goods that have been ordered in the wrong size
Return Options:
- Goods can be returned to Caroline’s angels ( PO Box 469 Melville, Wa 6956) within 14 days of purchase with the original invoice.
- Online returns will incur a 10% handling fee and the cost of the return freight to Caroline’s Angels.
- Goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, free of any markings and damage.
- Original invoice must be supplied before claim can be processed.
- Caroline’s Angels will only accept freight charges on returned goods if the garments are faulty or defective, and the return has been duly authorised by the Manager.
We will not accept the return of goods if:
- The care instructions have not been followed correctly and the goods have been damaged in the washing machine or dryer
- They have suffered from normal wear and tear, accident or mishandling
